Don't worry, CPAK has brought in Mr. Geoff Obura who is a well known legal expert in the field of labour laws to address all your concerns.
Here’s a diary note for you. Friday 22nd November 2013 is the date of the next Convertors & Printers Association of Kenya meeting.
Haveli Restaurant at Capital Centre is the venue and the timing will be:-
- 12:30 pm – Arrival and meet our Chief Guest, a Mr. Geoff Obura, who is a well known legal expert in the field of labour laws in Kenya.
- 1.00 pm to 2.30 pm – Luncheon, with our Chief Guest, Mr. Geoff Obura, briefing members and non-members on the Labour Laws in regards to the general workplace and specific areas that members have requested prior to the event.

· · Handling of indiscipline
· · Do’s and Don’ts
· · Some important elements of labour laws and how they impact companies
- A Q&A session will follow.
We would like the event to be catered to any specific questions you may have on the new Bill and therefore, please send us your questions by Friday 15th November at the latest to directors-pa@ppl.co.ke and copy secretary@cpak.co.ke in order for Mr. Geoff Obura to be able to answer them at the event.
Members will be charged KES 2,200.00 per person, and non-members will be charged KES 2,700.00 per person at the door.
Also, this event is not only for owners as your human resources team would benefit more so please feel free to bring one human resource person along.
